Usually about an hour or so of my phone not sending or receiving the messages everything goes back to normal and works right away. I have restarted the phone when I have this problem but it doesn't seem to help. When I try send a message back out it stays on sending for about 5 to 7 minutes before it sends.
When messages are sent to me it is stuck on downloading image though I have it set up to automatically retrieve mms.
The problem has now started to creep into my Note 4. I recently traded in my HTC one m8 for a Note 4 because I was having problems with reception and receiving text messages.
